Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand their needs and develop sales strategies to target them.
- Develop customized presentations to demonstrate the value of our services to potential clients.
- Provide professional, knowledgeable advice on tree care, maintenance, and protection.
- Work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain up-to-date industry certifications and stay informed of the latest developments in arboriculture.
- Utilize technology to streamline sales processes, maximize efficiency, and improve effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of sales experience in the tree service industry or five years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience with supervision would be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
- Certification from the International Society of Arboriculture or ability to obtain it.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
